Withdrawal Card Application
Be sure you request a Withdrawal Card if you are going to be off work for any reason for one calendar month or more. By obtaining a withdrawal card, the Local Union will not bill you for your monthly union dues while you are off work.

If eligible, the Withdrawal Card entitles you to reinstatement in the Union without having to pay back dues or a re-initiation fee .

As soon as possible after leaving your job, contact Local 344 for a withdrawal card request.
