DESCRIPTION OF DISASTER
The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has declared a major disaster for people affected by severe storms, flooding and tornadoes that occurred on June 5, 2008. Assistance is available to individuals and households in the following counties who may have experienced a loss due to this disaster:
Adams, Calumet, Crawford, Columbia, Dane, Dodge, Fond du Lac, Grant, Green, Green Lake, Iowa, Jefferson, Juneau, Kenosha, La Crosse, Marquette, Manitowoc, Milwaukee, Ozaukee, Racine, Rock, Richland, Sauk, Sheboygan, Vernon, Walworth, Washington, Waukesha and Winnebago Counties
Teamsters Local 344 members, please contact the Local Union office if you ahve suffered losses due to the severe storms, flooding and tornadoes: fill out a"Request For Help" form (include all requested documentation) if you would like to request a grant from the Teamsters Disaster Relief Fund.
